Abstract

Procédé de fabrication d'acide méthacrylique par oxydation catalytique en phase vapeur de la méthacroléine ou d'un mélange en contenant avec de l'oxygène moléculaire. Ce procédé comprend : une etape d'oxydation de premier stade 4 consistant à oxyder la méthacroléine, une étape de séparation de premier stade 6 consistant à séparer l'acide methacrylique formé du produit réactionnel obtenu dans l'étape d'oxydation de premier stade, une étape d'oxydation de second stade 8 consistant à oxyder le mélange contenant la méthacroléine n'ayant pas réagi, mélange obtenu dans l'étape de séparation de premier stade, et une etape de séparation de second stade 10 consistantà séparer l'acide methacrylique formé du produit réactionnel obtenu dans l'étape d'oxydation de second stade.
