Abstract

The draw leaf table comprises a main leaf (1) supported by legs (2, 3, 4, 5). There is at least one draw leaf (6/7) which slides horizontally underneath the main table piece (1). The draw leaf (6/7) is fixed to the main part (1) by means of pivots (7, 8) which comprise a pivot axis on which the draw leaf pivots of approx. 180 degrees to pass between its underneath position to its extended position. The pivots (7, 8) are situated on a level midway between the underneath of the sides of the draw leaf and the underneath of the sides of the main part (1). The draw leaves and the main table part (1) are the same size measured parallel to the pivot axis. The draw leaf is maintained in its extended position by means of two bolts situated each above the two pivots, and moved into a recess formed in the draw leaf.
