Abstract

L'invention concerne un plateau pour le stockage et la remise en température sélective des divers constituants d'un repas préparé. Il comporte une case métallique étanche à un rayonnement électromagnétique hyperfréquence, qui est susceptible de contenir un plat à réchauffer et qui est pourvue d'une ouverture pour sa mise en communication avec une source d'ondes électromagnétiques hyperfréquences en vue du réchauffage sélectif des plats contenus dans la case. Application à la distribution de repas dans les hôpitaux.
