Abstract

Dispositif indicateur d'usure de garnitures de frein ou embrayage. Un frein est formé de disques stationnaires 16 et de disques 18 solidaires d'un arbre à freiner 22, et est logé dans un carter 10 contenant de l'huile. Une sonde 32 dont la pointe 50 est située à faible distance d'une plaque 40, solidaire de l'un des disques 16, est reliée par un conducteur 42 à un générateur de signal pour indiquer l'usure des garnitures de friction. Application : freins montés sur l'arbre de sortie 22 du différentiel 24 d'un véhicule automobile.
