Abstract

The air conditioning equipment for cars consists of a fresh air entry sleeve (10) and a distribution box, and a diverter connection (14) between. The diverter is moulded in one piece and has fixings in it for installation and holding other accessories. In the distribution box is a heat exchanger (13) and in the entry sleeve is a power driven fan (15), the motor (16) of which can be controlled from the driving position. There are also other controls for a flap (11) and a thermostatic valve (21) which is associated with the heat exchanger. The diverter connection is in the form of a shell and the controls are of the cable type.
