Abstract

Mélanges catalytiques, notamment pour la production de composés organiques chlorofluorés. Ces catalyseurs Deacon sont supportés sur un support stable, inerte, contenant au moins 80 % d'un sel métallique tel que AlF3 , le pourcentage en poids de cation allant de 0,6 à 20 %; on les utilise pour produire des composés organiques chlorofluorés par un procédé d'oxychlorofluoration en faisant réagir un mélange gazeux d'une matière de départ choisie parmi les produits suivants : a. un hydrocarbure acyclique contenant jusqu'à 4 atomes de carbone; b. un hydrocarbure aromatique; c. un hydrocarbure cycloaliphatique; d. un composé aliphatique saturé contenant un groupe carboxy ou un aldéhyde aliphatique saturé; e. un composé soufre aliphatique saturé, dans lequel tous les atomes sont C, H, S et O; f. une cétone aliphatique; et g. un éther aliphatique, avec un composé hydrohalogéne correspondant de la matiere de départ un gaz contenant de l'oxygène et un agent de chloration La présente invention est particulièrement utile pour la production de divers composés organiques chlorofluores à l'aide de catalyseurs du type Deacon.Catalytic mixtures, in particular for the production of chlorofluorinated organic compounds. The present invention is particularly useful for the production of various organic chlorofluoric compounds using catalysts of the Deacon type.
