Abstract
The amphibians vehicle (1) has vertical sides (6) which are hinged along the top edge (4). Inflatable containers (8) are contained under the sides when these are in the horizontal position. The containers are supported along the base (12), and have support guys across the inside of the containers. Consecutive containers may be stitched along an outside seam. Deflation is effected by the aid of a vacuum being applied to the containers.
