Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de pièces en matière plastique formée de plusieurs composants, en particulier en polyuréthuane réticulé. Ce procédé comporte le traitement des composants à une température constante comprise entre 30 et 45 degrés C, la charge des composants par un gaz, le mélange des composants par injection sous haute pression, et l'envoi du mélange dans un moule porté à une température constante de 55 à 70 degrés C. La charge des composants par ledit gaz correspond à une fraction de gaz de 10 à 80, de préférence de 15 à 45, % en volume. Il y a donc réduction de la quantité d'agent porogène nécessaire.
