Abstract

Procédé de soudage à l'arc sous flux des assemblages bout-à-bout avec une zone de tolérance élargie de l'écartement des bords des éléments soudés 1,2,4,5 non chanfreinés ou partiellement chanfreinés. L'écartement 3, 6 est rempli avec un mélange friable contenant une poudre décapante et du fil d'apport découpé en fine parcelles, la composition volumétrique et la composition chimique de ces deux constituants étant adaptée à la résistance mécanique exigée et à la métallurgie du processus de soudage, selon la qualité des éléments soudes. Les paramètres du processus de soudure sont choisis de manière que le mélange friable fondu se solidifie plus rapidement dans la région de la bande de soudure, en formant, dans l'espace entre les bords des éléments soudés, un support de la base, qui ne permet pas au métal fluide du dépôt de s'écouler.
