Abstract

A suspension hook with automatic locking consists of an upper part (1) and lower part (2). The lower part has an opening (3) and the curved profile returns past the hook-longitudinal axis and diminishes at its end (5). The end of the hook (4) overlaps the longitudinal axis and prevents accidental release of the contents. The upper part (1) consists of two strips of elastic material (7, 8) with overlapping semicircular ends. The hook is attached to a supporting ring by inserting the ring between the strips (7, 8) and twisting the ring. The overlapping semicircular ends then snap shut.
