Abstract

Composite anti-vibration material has a variable Shore hardness, increasing under load. The material components have deformable relief surfaces, formed of cones and/or pyramids and/or their frusta. The components pref. fit together by profiled curves (sawtooth, sinusoid, etc.), forming straight or broken lines or concentric circles. The basic material is pref. neoprene, viton, hypalon etc. The parts are joined by a chemical adhesive.
