Abstract

The trays are made from lightweight plastics and have cutaway portions along the sides to allow air circulation. The trays are essentially rectangular in shape having sides sloping slightly outwards from the base. One end of the tray is fitted with two curved indentations (5c, 5d). The two sides of the tray are each fitted with one similar indentation (5a, 5b) at the opposite corners of the tray. Reinforcing corner pieces (7) and lifting handles (10) are moulded into the tray. When stacked the same way the trays nest together for compact storage. When reversed the trays stack so as not to squash the contents.
