Abstract

The system is for the detachment of submerged floats supporting an underwater structure by separate ropes. Connectors on the structure work with one end of each rope, the other end of which is attached to a float, and release devices working with the connectors are actuated from a control position. There is a main control circuit connecting this position to one of the release devices, while an intermediate circuit forming part of the structure connects this device to another one. A changeover units provided between adjacent intermediate circuits. A first part of the release device is secured to the structure and a second one works in conjunction with the respective connector.
