Abstract

The articulated conveyor is for loading bales and bundles, having two sections one behind the other. The two sections (22) are attached at their adjacent ends to a supporting frame (24) in such a manner that they can be set at the desired height. The frame is mounted on a tractor (7) so that the conveyor sections, when seen in plan view, run in the same direction as the tractor, and thus front section at least can be tilted downwards so that its free end reaches the ground. The frame can be mounted on one side of the tractor centre line, the rear section of the conveyor being shaped so as to divert the bales etc. towards the centre line.
