Abstract

Compsn. comprises 1,8-dihydroxyanthraquinone (0.002g.); ascorbic acid (0.100g.); antichoke extract (0.130g.) "orthosiphon" extract (0.080g.); butcher's broom extract (0.100g.). Compsn. has a greater effect than the components used alone. 1,8-Dihydroxyanthraquinone above does not exhibit a laxative effect, at doses 6.25mg. and usual dosage is 35-100 mg.
