Abstract

The bucket trailer has two sides (2a, 2b) sloping down towards the lengthwise centre axis. Two horizontal cylinders operate in the funnel shaped bucket, and have strips of metal fitted spirally round them. Two rotors (4) are positioned diametrically on a hollow drive shaft to which is welded a housing (7). A round plate (6) is situated along the front. The end of each rotor is supported by a bearing (8) joined to the plate (6). Fan blades on the plate produce an air current which ejects the product out of a hole (10) in the side of a cylindrical chamber (11). Three cylindrical support rollers (12) with axles parallel to the shaft support the chamber (11). The product reaches a return chute (13) in the top of one of the vertical sides, containing a conveyor screw (14). A deflector (15) directs the product. Guide pieces (16, 17) fold inwards and guide the product as it is ejected.
