Abstract

The basket is made up of a number of plane panels which are hooked together. The basket has a base which has a back edge onto which the back of the basket is hinged by means of loops engaging a stringer. The two sides of the basket are hinged in a similar way onto stringers, which are lower than the back stringer. In this way the sides will lie flat below the back of the basket. The sides of the basket are locked together by clips on each corner. The baskets may be stacked with the aid of the lugs which fit in the slots of an adjacent basket.
