Abstract

The device consists of an endless conveyor belt arranged above the vat and passed over guide rollers. Belt is driven at controlled rate by a control device. Endless belt which is provided with squeegee rollers, suction or grooves to expel the treatment liquid from the web at the end of treatment period is passed over guide rollers which define the web path. Appts. is compact and yet provided with web feeding device which prevents slipping of the fed web.
