Abstract

Storage baskets which can be built into piles or fitted one inside the other. Each box consists of a rectangular base (1) attached to a lower frame (2) and an upper frame (3) connected to the lower frame by oblique struts (5). The struts are arranged in pairs in the form of a V. The point of a V is opposite the centre of the space between two points on the opposite side of the basket. The struts are attached to the inside of the upper frame and to the outside of the lower frame. The cross-section of the struts is in the form of two parallel limbs attached to a central strip. The baskets either fit inside each other or superimpose depending on the relative positions of the struts, these positions being changed by turning the basket through 90 or 180 deg..
