Abstract

The land yacht has a mast (3) mounted on the hull (1) by means of a joint (2) allowing to to tilt in all directions. The yacht has four wheels (4, 5) arranged in a lozenge pattern, two of them on the same axis at the hull centre and one on each side of it, while the other two are at the ends, pivoting on axes offset from the axes of rotation. Alternatively these other two wheel can be non-pivoting and higher than the main two, so that all four cannot touch the ground together. The design allows the driver to steer by tilting the mast to one side or the other.
