Abstract
The device emits rhythmic and modulated signals, and includes a maximum output safety device for the mean maximum per unit of antenna surface, operating whatever the constants chosen. The device may include a metering device cutting of emission as soon as a predetermined level of energy has been reached. It can have high-frequency emission parameters of new kinds, for biological and organic applications. There can be a wide frequency band, from wavelengths measured in kilometres to others in millimetres, and the frequency can be varied within these limitations to a regular pattern. Signal duration can be varied between a few microseconds and several hundred microseconds.
