Abstract

The electronic flasher emits periodic pulses via one or more miniature filament lamps or light-emitting diodes, energised via a thyristor control circuit from a miniature battery, the flasher unit being incorporated in a jewellery item, e.g. mounted on a bracelet. The transistor circuit uses at least two transistors (2, 5) of complementary type, a capacitor (4), a resistor (3) and a switch (1). Preferably the lamp (6) is connected between the emitter of one transistor (2) and the collector of the other one (5), with the capacitor (4) connected in parallel with a series circuit comprising the base-collector path of the two transistors and the resstor (3) is connected between the base of the first transistor (2) and the emitter of the second one (5).
