Abstract

A cylindrical hollow base (6) with a flt bottom (7) is placed on a horizontal support in order to mount the television receiver cabinet (1). The upper inner edge (8) of the cylinder is bevelled or rounded. On the receiver cabinet bottom is mounted a spherical segment base (3) moulded from synthetic material and with a smooth surface. This base is mounted symmetrically about the centre line (AB) dependent on the receiver centre of gravity. A small rim (9) acts as a shoulder limiting the maximum angle of inclination.
