Abstract

Combined toothbrush and toothpaste reservoir-distributor has a conventional brush head with an enlarged hollow handle (11) holding paste dentifrice (4), an internal conduit (5) leading from the reservoir (4) via a connecting stem (13) to the brush head (12) outlets (6) with a flexible reservoir wall (3) permitting paste extrusion by thumb pressure, a "clip-on" flexible cover (2) to this latter wall, and a detachable head cap. The brush is intended for disposal after use of the paste content and, thus, paste quantity is based on useful bristle (7) life without deformation. A rigid hinging reservoir wall cover (2) prevents accidental extrusion, and solidification of dentifrice. This cap can have an internal rib which seals the paste outlet orifices (6).
