Abstract

Package for desiccant comprises a container which is partially or entirely made of opaque or transparent plastics or thermoplastic material, which is inert to the desiccant and which is obtained by heat-shaping or vacuum-shaping. Attached to the container periphery is a flat collar to which is adhered by hot or cold adhesion at least one sheet, which may be perforated, made of humidity-impermeable material. This sheet may be covered sealingly by a removable second sheet of impermeable material for prolonged storage prior to use. The container may be cubic, parallelepipedic, frustoconical, cylindrical, hemispherical or any other suitable shape.
