Abstract

A television camera, transforms into video signals the visible data carried by objects which are illuminated by a luminous source, a displacement device moving these objects relative to the camera. A video signal memory has several cells, and a switch receives the signals from the camera and transmits them to a predetermined cell in the memory and also receives signals from the memory cells and transmits them to a predetermined video signal receiver. The luminous source is a flash system, each having a duration less that the sweep time of a frame of the camera.
