Abstract

The strip of flexible plastic has one side (3) coated with a non stick layer and a band of adhesive (10). The opposite face (1) has, firstly a pad (7) of self adhesive material at one end, secondly a section (2) with a non stick coating and thirdly (3), another pad (7) of self adhesive material, leaving a pull tab (11). To use, the protective paper is removed, the first section stuck onto the outer (9) and the napkin fitted. The other adhesive pad is stuck onto the outer and the napkin pulled tight by folding the strip about the centre section and securing it by the adhesive band.
