Abstract

A sealed case surrounds the weighing machine comprising a measuring container and weighing mechanism. The measuring container is supplied from a reservoir through a pipe in which a helical drive is located, particularly for sticky materials, and driven from a motor. A vibrator is used to shake the material from the pipe in order to ensure that the weight agrees with that demanded by a control unit and displayed in a window. The actual weight contained in the measuring container is displayed in a second window. A valve releases the contents.
