Abstract
The composite layer (2) is formed using a dispersion adhesive (3), and is formed on a wall, or concrete surface (1) of the room. It consists of a heat-insulating layer (4) stuck on the wall using the adhesive (3), with a heat-conducting surface (5) stuck onto the insulating layer by means of another dispersion adhesive (6). An outer coating in the form of a paint (7), or similar, of a dispersion type is then applied. The composite layer allows a large number of outer coatings (7) to be used, since the wall is protected by the insulation.
