Abstract

The cabin walls are formed of a first fireproof polyester resin layer (1) with intersecting strips or panels of glass fibre. The second layer (2) of the same composition is applied when the first (1) has polymerised. A thin perforated (4) sheet (3) with reinforcements (5) welded onto it has insulating panels (6) placed on it. The metal framework (3, 4, 5) and the insulating panels (6) are applied to the second polyester resin layer (2) before it has polymerised, so that, under pressure, the polyester resin penetrates the perforations n4) of the metal sheet (3). The cabin and accessories are entirely constructed in the factory.
