Abstract

A set of marking components each have a stylo point and an electromechanical transducer allowing movement of the respective point under control of an electric current, and the system is for marking characters, figures etc. rapidly on a sheet of paper etc. Each transductor has a conductive coil mounted on a support solidly secured to the respective point. Magnetic induction devices create a field in an air gap, in which the coils, one on top of the other, are partially accommodated. The turns of the coils lie in planes perpendicular to this magnetic field. Some of the turns are perpendicular both to this field and to the direction in which the stylo points are moved.
