Abstract

A device for absorbing moisture from air by means of a hydrophilic substance consists of an external container, open at the top, and a smaller internal container, supported from the top of the external container so that there is a space between the internal container and the bottom of the external container. A hydrophilic substance is put into the internal container, which may be rigid or flexible, and which has perforated walls.
