Abstract

The kennel is in two parts. The base, of a suitable thickness, is made of plastic resistant to uric acid and can be produced in various colours. These two features together with the fact that it has an insulating layer and can be easily dismantled from the top make it particularly suitable for clinical use. The base also includes a sloping non-skid entrance ramp set in obliquely on one side. The top is fixed to the bottom by hinges or other suitable means, with an entrance porch over the entrance ramp and is moulded in one piece, with the roof arched to throw off rain. The top can be thermally insulated and sound proofed.
