Abstract

Radioactivity of successive samples is measured; the samples are applied to >=1 sheet-form carrier, which is enclosed at preset spacings between 2 mutually adhering strips of material permeable to the radiation to be measured. The samples are passed stepwise through a measuring chamber between 2 detectors; the stepwise guiding is controlled by sensing the carriers through the strips.
