Abstract

The effluent is first concd. and then subjected to inverse osmosis. The method can be used for the recovery of Pt, Pd, Rh, Au, Ag, Ni, Cu, Zn, Cr, Cd, Fe and Al salts from plating or anodising bath effluents or from dye vat rinses etc.
