Fire proof material for the iron industry 0.1-30% carbon fibres and 70-99% fire proof material are mixed, kneaded, moulded and bared. Specif., the fire proof material comprises 20-30% clay, 25-40% fireclay and 55-20% carbon, and water is used during the kneading process.
