Abstract

Stackable plastics mould for making cheese (Dutch cheese) is hollow and has a cylindrical body with holes in its side wall. Below the bottom of the body there is a water-tight skirt whose external diameter is equal to the internal diameter of the body so that moulds can be stacked. The skirt defines a cavity which shapes the upper surface of a cheese, whereas the interior of the body is shaped to form the lower part of another cheese. An external drainage rim surrounds the body.
