Abstract

(A) Compns. comprising (1) coumermycin free acid or salt, with (2) glucosamine, N-acetylglucosamine, N-acetylgalactosamine or mixts. thereof, or salts of these amines, a water sol. polyphosphate, a mixt. of a polyphosphate and a sugar-amine or a sugar-amine salt, dimethylacetamide, urea, or a mixt. of dimethylacetamide and urea esp. in the ratio of 0.1-50 pts. by wt. of (2) with 1 pt. by wt. (1). (B) Medicament forms contng. compns. as in (A). Compns. give increased blood levels of coumermycin when taken orally.
