Claims (18)
1. Träbaserat formstycke bestäende av ett fmfördelat träämne, som är blandat med bindemedel och härdat tili önskad form, kännetecknat avatt bindemedlet 5 bestär av gluten eller en liknande sädesbaserad proteinprodukt, som ätminstone väsentligen är olöslig i vatten och som bildar en kolloidal blandning med vatten.
2. Formstycke enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat avatt viktförhällandet mellan glutenet och träravaran är ca 0,05 - 3. 10
3. Formstycke enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2, kännetecknat avatt det fmförde lade träämnet bestär av träspanor, träfibrer eller trämjöl.
4. Formstycke enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-3, kännetecknat avatt det 15 innehäller cement och/eller gips samt eventuellt en skumbildare, glycerol, glykol och/eller ett borhaltigt ämne.
5. Formstycke enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att det är utformat som en skiva, som kan användas tili byggnadsisolering. 20
6. Formstycke enligt nägot av de föregäende patentkraven, kännetecknat av ' att dess täthet är ca 50 - 750 kg/m3, fÖreträdesvis ca 70 - 450 kg/'m3.
7. Formstycke enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-3, kännetecknat av att dess 25 täthet är ca 70 - 200 kg/m3 och dess värmeledningsförmäga är mindre än 0.05 W/m°C.
.· 8. Förfarande för framställning av träbaserade formstycken, enligt vilket förfarande det finfördelade träämnet blandas med ett bindemedel för bildning av en härdbar blandning, 30. blandningen formas till önskad form och den härdas för framställning av ett formstycke, kännetecknat av att 98502 som bindemedel används gluten.
9. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 8, kännetecknat avatti den härdbara massan tillsättes cement och/eller gips. 5
10. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 8 eller 9, kännetecknat avatt glutenandelen i torrämnet uppgär till 10 - 750 viktdelar och cementandelen till 0 - 750 viktdelar.
11. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 8-10, kännetecknat av att det 10 finfördelade träämnet värmebehandlas innan det blandas med glutenet.
12. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 8-11, kännetecknat av att i den härdbara blandningen tillsättes en skumbildare, glycerol, glykol och/eller ett borhaltigt ämne. 15
13. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 8, kännetecknat av att en torrblandning bildas först av trärävaran och glutenet, vatten tillsättes i torrblandningen för bildning av en vattenhaltig bland- ning, 20. blandningen skummas och den skummade blandningen härdas.
14. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 13, kännetecknat av att skumningen fortsättes tills en blandning erhälles, som efter härdningen uppvisar en täthet pä ca 50 - 25 750, företrädesvis ca 70 - 200 kg/m3.
15. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 13, kännetecknat av att vätskeformiga tillsatsämnen tillsättes i den vattenhaltiga blandningen. 30
16. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 8-15, kännetecknat av att blandningen härdas vid en temperatur av ca 50 - 300 °C. 96502
17. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 8-15, kännetecknat avatt blandningen härdas i rumstemperatur.
18. Användning av en produkt enligt patentkrav 1 som värmeisolering i byggnader. li
