Abstract

The invention relates to a process for producing oxygen lime, in which slaked lime is caused to react with an aqueous solution of hydrogen peroxide such that a solid phase containing calcium peroxide and slaked lime in a ratio of 1:9 is formed. The invention also relates to the use of the product which has been produced in accordance with the abovementioned process. <IMAGE>
