Claims (5)
1. Anordning för känslighetsbestämning av mikroorganismer, vilken bes-tär av en genomsynltg, förslutningsbar behällare (1), en rektangulär 5 bärare (3) överdragen med ett för odling av mikroorganismer lämpligt medium, ett organ (2) för förslutning av behällaren (1), tili vilket organ bäraren (3) eventuellt är fäst, kännetecknad därav, att den dessutom bestir av en rektangulär, genomsynlig, icke-porös, inert testremsa (4), vilken skall bringas i kontakt med den yta av 10 odlingsmediet pä vilken mikroorganismerna växer, att pä testremsans ena sida tvä antimikrobiella substanser är anbringade sä att den ena subs-tansen uppvisar en koncentrationsgradient med ett maximum vid testremsans ena ände och den andra substansen en koncentrationsgradient med ett maximum vid den andra änden, att det mellan de bäda gradienterna 15 finns en zon (8) i vilken det ej finns nägon substans, att de bäda substansernas koncentrationsgradienter har minima vid respektive del pä testremsan som gränsar mot zonen (8), att det pä testremsans andra sida finns en skala för direkt avläsning av känsligheten, att koncentra-tionsgradienten är definierad i förväg och anpassad tili avläsningsska-20 lan, och att testremsan eventuellt är försedd med ett grepp (7).
2. Anordning enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad av att den antimikrobiella substansen är ett antibiokum, ett kemoterapetikum, ett antimykotikum eller ett antiviralt medel. 25
3. Anordning enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-2, kännetecknad av att testremsan (4) är av ett genomsynligt, inert polymermaterial av naturligt eller syntetiskt ursprung, eller glas.
4. Anordning enligt patentkravet 3, kännetecknad av att testremsan (4) är av en akrylplast, en styrenplast, en vinylkloridplast eller glas.
5. Anordning enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-4, kännetecknad 35 av att testremsans grepp utgöres av en gripflik som är i ett stycke med testremsan och vinklad gentemot denna medelst en bigning.
