Claims (11)
1. Komposition för förbehandling av metallytor för förbättrande av deras korrosionbeständighet före efter- 5 följande sickativbeläggning utan mellansköljning, k ä n -netecknad därav, att den förutom vatten innehäller krom, dels i helt oxiderad hexavalent CrC^-forra och Oi dels i reducerad trivalent Cr -form, varvid andelen tn-valent krom är i omrädet 5-60 vikt-% av totalkrom och 10 varvid allt krom beräknats som CrOj; fosforsyra, beräknad som 75-%:ig fosforsyra (H3PO4); och en poly(etylenoxi)polymer eller en blandning av polymerer med den allmänna formeln
15 H-(0*CH2CH)n-OH väri n är ett tai i omrädet av cirka 2 000-20 000 och polymererna har en medelmolekylvikt i omrädet av cirka 90 000-900 000 och varvid förhällandet totalkrom:fosforsyra:poly(etylenoxi)polymer(er) 20 är i omrädet: (0,90-3,0) : (0,05-0,3) : (0,03-0,12) och totalkromhalten beräknat som CrC>3 är minst 0,9 vikt-%.
2. Komposition enligt patentkravet 1, k ä n netecknad därav, att andelen trivalent krom är i om- 25 rädet av cirka 40-60 vikt-% av totalkrom.
3. Komposition enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, kännetecknad därav, att förhällandena totalkrom:fosforsyra:poly(etylenoxi)polymer(er) är i omrädet 30 (0,95-1,41) : (0,07-0,12) : (0,03-0,12).
4. Komposition enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-3, kännetecknad därav, att medelmolekylvikten av poly(etylenoxi)polymeren som används är i omrädet av cirka 100 000-900 000.
5. Komposition enligt patentkravet 4, känne tecknad därav, att medelmolekylvikten av poly(etylenoxi) polymeren som används är av storleksordningen 600 000.
