The most important advantage of the invention can be considered that both dry and wet towels can be easily obtained from the same device. In addition, the device can be easily installed anytime, anywhere, as it does not require a water supply connection, as it has its own liquid tank.

The device according to the invention comprises a body (1), to the upper part of which a liquid container (2) with a shut-off valve (3) and a liquid level display device (4) is preferably attached.
