Claims (3)

1. Absorberande bandage för användning som menstruationsbinda eller inkontinensmedel cmfattande en hydrofil absorberande kärna, en hydrofob toppskiva, som ligger over den absorberande kärnan och en bottenskiva, som ligger under den absorberande kärnan och i längdriktning sträcker sig ut frän bägge ändar av kärnan, och i vilket bandage bottenskivans ändförlängningar tjänar tili att fästa bandaget tili ett sanitetsbälte, kännetecknat därav, att den absorberande kärnan cmfattar en huvuddel (1,2,3, ^,26) med bredden avsmalnande mot dess bakre andper ti och med ett framät utskjutande parti (l,3a,U,23) med en mindre tjocklek in huvud-delen, och att huvuddelen (26) och det framät utskjutande partiet (23) är försedda med en tunn, flexibel underskiva (U) av vattentätt material, som ligger utsträckt under huvuddelen (26) och det fremät utskjutande partiet (23) och över bottenskivan (5), och att huvuddelen för ästadkommande av böjning i den centrala delen av den absorberande kärnan är försedd med en i längdriktning utsträckt central fördjup-ning (25), vilken är bildad genom mekanisk kompression av den absorberande kärnan (26) och som är parallell med det absorberande kärnskiktets (2,3) sidokanter i huvuddelen (26) och väsentligen har en längd motsvarande dessa sidokanter, och att bottenskivan (5) är fäst vid huvuddelen (26), men icke vid det utskjutande partiet (23) och är företrädesvis föröedd med en i tvärriktning anordnad slits (lU), an-;·, passad att förminska sträckningsspänningar i huvuddelen (26), vilka uppst&r d& man fäster bandaget tili sanitetsbältet, och att slitsen (lU) sträcker sig mellan de längsg&ende kantdelarna (17,18) i bottenskivan (5) och är anordnad vid den främre kanten av de absorberande kärnskikten (2,3) i huvuddelen (26), sä att det i fram-ät utskjutande partiet (23) fritt kan böjas i förhällande tili bottenskivan (5) och i förhällande tili huvuddelen (26) av den absorberande kärnan, sä att sträck-ningsspänningen i änddelarna vid normalt bruk kommer att förorsaka, att det framät utskjutande partiet (23) böjes uppät i förhällande tili huvuddelen (26) och bildar en försegling i de främre partierna av brukarens kropp och säledes bildar en damm som framtill häller tillbaka för stark framströmning av utsöndrad kropps-vätska.

Absorberande bandage enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att huvuddelen (26) och det främre utskjutande partiet (23) omfattar (a) ett absorberande hydrofilt kärnskikt (2,3,3a) av ett sammanpressat material o 3 med en specifik vikt pä 0,15-0,30 g/cm , företrädesvis 0,22-0,26 g/cm , mätt vid en belastning pä 7,75 g/cm , varvid ett provstycke av den absorberande kärnan med en tjocklek pä 1,3-1,8 mm och en hredd pä 38 mm har en Taber-mjukhet av 1,2-8,7 gramcentimeter, och 3 (b) en hydrofob toppskiva (l) med en specifik vikt av 0,03-0,08 g/cm , mätt vid 2 en belastning pä 7,75 g/cm .
