- Patenttivaatimukset1. Menetelmä audiosignaalin korkeataajuusrekonstruktion tekemi- seen, joka menetelmä käsittää: vastaanotetaan enkoodattu audiobittivirta, enkoodatun audiobittivir- ran sisältäessä audiodataa, joka edustaa audiosignaalin alakaistaosaa ja kor- keataajuuden rekonstruktion metadataa; dekoodataan audiodata dekoodatun alakaistan audiosignaalin tuot- tamiseksi; erotetaan enkoodatusta audiobittivirrasta korkeataajuuden rekonst- ruktiometadata, korkeataajuuden rekonstruktiometadatan sisältäessä toiminta- parametreja korkeataajuuden rekonstruktioprosessia varten, toimintaparamet- rien sisältäessä paikkaustilaparametrin sijoitettuna enkoodatun audiobittivirran taaksepäin yhteensopivaan laajennussäiliöön, jossa paikkaustilaparametrin eräs ensimmäinen arvo ilmoittaa spektrimuunnoksen ja paikkaustilaparametrin eräs toinen arvo ilmoittaa harmonisen transposition vaihevokoodauksen taa- juuslevityksellä; suodatetaan dekoodattu alakaistan audiosignaali suodatetun alakais- tan audiosignaalin tuottamiseksi; regeneroidaan audiosignaalin yläkaistaosa käyttäen suodatettua ala- kaistan audiosignaalia ja korkeataajuuden rekonstruktiometadataa, jossa re- generointi sisältää spektrimuunnoksen, jos paikkaustilaparametrilla on ensim- mäinen arvo, ja regenerointi sisältää harmonisen transposition vaihevokoodauk- sen taajuuslevityksellä, jos paikkaustilaparametrillä on toinen arvo; ja yhdistetään suodatettu alakaistan audiosignaali regeneroituun ylä- kaistaosaan laajakaistaisen audiosignaalin muodostamiseksi; jossa enkoodattu audiobittivirta sisältää lisäksi täyte-elementin, jossa on täyte-elementin alun ilmoittava tunniste ja täytedataa tunnisteen jälkeen ja jossa täytedata sisältää taaksepäin yhteensopivan laajennussäiliön, jossa täy- tedata sisältää laajennushyötykuorman, joka laajennushyötykuorma sisältää spektrikaistan replikoinnin laajennusdataa ja laajennushyötykuorma tunniste- taan nelibittisellä etumerkittömällä kokonaisluvulla, joka lähetetään eniten mer- kitsevä bitti ensimmäisenä ja jonka arvo on '1101' tai 1110, jossa korkeataajuuden rekonstruktiometadata sisältää verhokäyrän skaalaustekijöitä.2.
