Abstract

Esillä oleva keksintö koskee pinnoitusseosta, joka käsittää veteen sekoitettua hienojakoista kuitumateriaalia ja veteen liukenevaa tai sekoittuvaa sideainetta yhdessä mineraalisen täyteaineen kanssa, käytettäväksi pinnoitukseen menetelmällä, jossa ensimmäisessä vaiheessa sideaine lisätään veteen voimakkaasti sekoittaen, toisessa vaiheessa valinnainen vaahdotusaine lisätään, kolmannessa vaiheessa kuitu lisätään voimakkaasti sekoittaen ilmavan homogeenisen massan muodostamiseksi ja neljännessä vaiheessa mineraalinen täyteaine lisätään. Kuvio 1The present invention relates to a coating mixture comprising finely divided fibrous material mixed with water and a water-soluble or miscible binder together with a mineral filler, for use in coating by a method in which in a first step the binder is added to the water with vigorous stirring, in a second step an optional foaming agent is added, in a third step the fiber is added with vigorous stirring to form an airy homogeneous mass and in a fourth step the mineral filler is added.
