Claims (8)
1. Sätt att framställa utfältt kalcium- och/eller magnesiumkarbonat genom mycket snabb, « 5 sekunder, karbonisering pä sä sätt, att kalcttim-och/eller magnesiumkarbonatet utfälls med koldioxid, kännetecknat av att 5 karboniseringen utförs i en reaktionskammare med kontinuerlig drift i dess vätskefas, tili vilken ämnestransport av koldioxidgas och kalcium* och/eller magnesiumhydroxid päskyndas maximalt. Snabb ämnestransport uppnäs genom att: < Oka trycket i reaktionskammaren, typiskt 0,1 MPa -2,0 MPa 10. fä tili ständ en hög skärhastighet i suspensionen i reaktionskammaren, typiskt > 20 000 1/s - > 100 0001/s - fä tili ständ ett ultraljud genom hög hastighet i reaktionskammarens stator-/rotorring och med hjälp av öppningar eller slits i ringama - fa tili ständ en pulserande Ström tili reaktionskammaren, som 15 uppstar av stängning och öppning av öppningama eller slitsen i stator-/rotorringama
2. Sätt enligt patentkrav 1, karaktäriserat av att man pä grund av kvaliteten pä kalcium- och/eller magnesiumhydroxiden kan använda en annan 20 seriekopplad reaktor för att uppnä fullständig konversion.
3. Sätt enligt patentkrav 1, karaktäriserat av att fullständig konversion av kristalliseringsreaktion säkerställs i den sista mottagningstanken (7) i reaktom eller seriekopplade reaktorer. 25
4. Sätt enligt patentkrav 1, karaktäriserat av att i reaktionskammaren eller kalkmjölken injiceras kämkristaller eller kända kemikalier för att styra kristallform och/eller-storiek.
5. Anläggning för tillverkning av kalcium- och/eller magnesiumkarbonat, karaktäriserad av att anläggningen omfattar - en eller tvä seriekopplade fria reaktorer meden reaktionsvolym pä 50 ml - 501 (3) med stator-/rotorringar (9 och 10) omlott.
35 Metallringarna (9 och 10) har öppningar eller slits. Rotoms ringhastighet är > 50 m/s. Skärhastigheten > 20 0001/s riktas mot reaktoms suspension. Det reagerande materialet tvingas förflytta sig genom öppningama eller slitsen i ringama eller mellan ringama, varvid det reagerande materialet utsätts för stpra pulserande skärhastigheter och ultraljudsvägor under förhöjt tryck, >0,1 MPa typiskt 0,3 - 2,0 MPa. - Kalcium- och/eller magnesiumhydroxiden leds exempelvis med Mohnopumpar (2) eller motsvarande för att uppnä högt tryck.
5 Trycket regleras med ventiler (4) pa reaktorns utloppssida. - Den trycksatta C02-gasen (5) leds antingen direkt till den första reaktorn eller till kalcium- och/eller magnesiumhydroxidströmmen. - Atminstone den första reaktorn (3) har matningsinlopp för kämkristaller och/eller kända kemikalier (6).
10. Alternativt kan kämkristallerna och/eller kända kemikalier matas till en matningstank (1) för kalcium- och/eller magnesiumhydroxid. - Fullständig konversion säkerställs med hjälp av en annan seriekopplad reaktor eller efterkarbonisering. 15 20 25 30 35 40
