Claims (9)
1. Förfarande för blekning (3) av mekaniskt defibrerad (2) massa (14) med peroxid (29) i alkalisk miljö och tvättning (4) av den blekta massan (15) samt ätervinning av kemikaliema frän blekningsavluten (16) genom koncentrering (5,8), förbränning (6) samt upplösning (7) av den bildade askan (31) i vatten (13), kännetecknat därav, att 15 blekningens (3) alkaliska miljö ästadkommes genom att tillsätta alkalimetallaluminat (12) i massan (14) som skall blekas, vilken alkalimetallaluminat ätminstone delvis äi nämnda i vatten upplösta aska (28).
• 2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att som alkalimetallalumi- 20 nat används natriumaluminat.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 2, kännetecknat därav, att blekningens (3) alkaliska miljö ästadkommes delvis sä, att flis (11), som mekaniskt skall defibreras, im-pregneras (1) med en vattenlösning (12,28) av natriumaluminat och efter den meka- 25 niska defibreringen (2) leds massan (14) tili blekningen (3).
4. Förfar ande enligt patentkravet 3, kännetecknat därav, att för impregneringen (1) av flisen (11), som mekaniskt skall defibreras, används ätminstone delvis nämnda i vatten upplösta aska (28). 115227 ίο
5. Förfarande enligt nägot av de föregäende patentkraven, kännetecknat därav, att blekningen (3) utförs vid en temperatur, som är ca 20-150°C, företrädesvis 50- 100°C. 5
6. Förfarande enligt nägot av de föregäende patentkraven, kännetecknat därav, att blekningens (3) pH installs tili ett värde av ca 9,5-12,5, företrädesvis 10-12.
7. Förfarande enligt nägot av de föregäende patentkraven, kännetecknat därav, att blekningens (3) koncentrerade (5,8) avlut (21) förbränns (6) vid 500-1100 °C.
8. Förfarande enligt nägot av de föregäende patentkraven, kännetecknat därav, att den ffän blekningen (3) erhällna avluten (16) koncentreras (5) tili en torrhalt av ät-minstone ca 30 och företrädesvis 35-45 % . 15
