Claims (7)
1. Förfarande för allokering av en kontrollkanal (PACCH) för mobila stationer (MS) i ett paketradiosystem, speciellt ett GPRS-system, för sändning i nedätgäende riktning, i vilket förfarande: 5. en mobil station (MS) sänder en resursreserveringsbegäran (3-1), pä vilken nätet (BSS) responderar (3-2) genom att allokera en kontrollkanal (PACCH) för den mobila stationen (MS) och eventuellt en identifierare (TFI) för den mobila stationen och en identifierare (USF) för svarsblocket i uppätgäen-de riktning; och: 10. nätet (BSS) sänder (3-5) datapaket i block, av vilka ätminstone en del omfattar ett frägefält (S/P), vilket dä det är i ett frägeläge (‘P’) indikerar att den mobila stationen (MS) skall kvittera datapaketen (PACCH) som den mot-tagit, pä kanalen som allokerats för den; kännetecknat av att: 15. nätet (BSS) inte placerar en sädan identifierare (USF) för ett svarsblock i uppätgäende riktning där identifieraren är allokerad för en mobil station, i ett sädant block i nedätgäende riktning vars frägefält (S/P) är i ett frägeläge (‘P’); - kontrollkanalen som allokerats för den mobila stationen (MS) är 20 oberoende av en eventuell identifierare (USF) för ett svarsblock i uppätgäende riktning; - den mobila stationen kvitterar (3-6) datapaketen som den mottagit, efter en i förväg fastställd tid (T) frän mottagandet av det block i nedätgäende riktning där det nämnda frägefältet är i ett frägeläge (‘P’). 25
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att den nämnda i förväg fastställda tiden (T) är fixerad.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att den * 30 nämnda i förväg fastställda tiden (T) motsvarar ett fixerat antal block.
