Abstract
6-(2-(4-(bis(4-fluoro phenyl) methyleno) piperidino) ethyl) 7-methyl 5H-thiazolo pyrimidin-5-one, is made by reaction of a cpd. of formula (I) with a cpd. of formula (II), in which Z1 and Z2 are labile gps.. Reaction is carried out in inert organic solvent at from 60 deg.C up to reflux temp. and the prod. is isolated and purified by conventional means.
